All pricing is as stated on the website. Quantity discounts are available on most items.
Large quantity discounts are available upon request. Any questions concerning pricing should be referred to our Customer Service Department
Availability
At IndustrialLeds we pride ourselves in having the stock available to meet your every need. The inventory quantities shown on the website are updated on a regular basis, but they are not live. There may be rare occasions where we run low on certain items. If we do not have sufficient stock levels to meet the requirements of your order, we will email you immediately to advise you of the situation. If you have questions concerning availability of an item please contact our Customer Service Department.
Payment & Security
The Industrialleds website is completely secure. We are proud to offer our customers two different options for processing their credit card orders. We offer secure checkout through either Google Checkout or Pay Pal. Charges to credit cards will only be made upon shipment of the order. Our website will provide you with a complete list of all charges for your approval before the order is processed. All charges to your credit card statement will show the vendor as Martek Industries Inc. We will also gladly take an order via fax, email, or simply just call our Customer Service Department. Credit terms are available for commercial customers. Please contact us for a credit application.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped the same day that they are received. We ship UPS to all 50 states and to most parts of the known world. UPS Standard Ground is our normal method of shipment. We also have the ability to ship via UPS Next Day Air, and UPS Two Day Air. All orders requiring air shipment must be received by Industrialleds by 2 PM EST. International shipments, along with shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, will incur additional cost. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department for questions regarding shipping.
Returns
It is our goal to have 100% complete customer satisfaction, therefore we will allow customers to return product when necessary. Items that are returned must be in good condition, unused, and in clean original packaging. All returns must be pre-approved and must be assigned an RMA #. Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain an RMA #. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of all shipping charges on both the original order and the return of the order.
Shipment Errors and Damaged Freight
Industrialleds strives to ship each and every order in an accurate and safe manner. If you receive an order that contains an error or has damage, please contact us immediately. All claims must be made within 14 days of the date received. We will do our best to rectify any mistakes and or damage by either shipping out replacement product at no cost to the customer, or issuing a credit to cover the costs incurred by the customer. Please contact our Customer Service Department with any questions.
Warranties
Industrialleds is a distributor of LED lighting products from a wide variety of both national and international manufacturing companies. We will fully support all warranties as specified by the manufacturer. Industrialleds does provide for any additional warranties.
